This quote above was discovered by two Egyptian farmers in 1946, buried under a boulder. Now called "The Gospel of Thomas, scholars believe the total 114 verses were written about 200 years after the death of Jesus. Some verses match the traditional gospels; others are quite different. Many of the short sayings convey deep spiritual truths. This Sunday we will first explore this profound passage from a personal, and a Unity, perspective.
